Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours of cooking (1 hour if room temperature is above 90ยฐF). Bacteria multiply rapidly in the “danger zone” between 40-140ยฐF.

Refrigerate at 40ยฐF or below, freeze at 0ยฐF. Reheat all leftovers to 165ยฐF internal temperature. Use a food thermometer to verify.
